Riad Magie d'Orient facture le client via sa carte bancaire des frais d'annulation comme suit :
- Si le client annule entre 30 jours et 21 jours avant l’arrivée : 30% de la totalité du séjour sera prélevée sur la carte bancaire du client par l’établissement.
- Si le client annule entre 20 jours et 11 jours avant: 50% de la totalité du séjour sera prélevée sur la carte bancaire du client par l’établissement
- Si le client annule entre 10 jours et son jour d’arrivée: 100% de la totalité du séjour sera prélevée sur la carte bancaire du client par l’établissement.

Le Riad Magie d’Orient est une belle demeure où la tradition se conjugue avec élégance et raffinement.
De grandes et magnifiques portes d’origine, en bois peint et sculpté, rehaussées de stucs finement ciselé, une alcôve en cèdre, du marbre au sol, une piscine en zellige et un resplendissant palmier- dattier ornent un vaste et lumineux patio.
A quelques pas de Bab Laksour- l’une des portes de la médina- et à proximité du quartier de Mouassine, un riad idéalement situé près des souks et à deux pas de la place Djemmâa el Fna.

L'accueil est très chaleureux, tout le personnel est très attentif a nos demandes , service impeccable . Il faudrait améliorer la terrasse , et dans les chambres l'équipement de la salle de bain ( tapis de bain , petit kit de toilette bain moussant savon..... Nous avons séjourné que deux nuits et pour nous c'était parfait.

This Riad is beautiful. The courtyard is clean and well decorated in Moroccan style. The roof top is also well appointed, with pletny of shade and sunshine, lounges, covered beds, chairs and tables. The staff was wonderful, the location is excellent. The room we stayed in (on the ground floor with 2 single beds) was large, clean and well decorated. I felt comfortable returning to the Riad at midnight and felt the area was safe.

Très beau riad, bien décoré. personnel très aimable et accueillant. belle chambre spacieuse et calme. un peu difficile d'accès quand on ne connaît pas Marrakech et qu'on ne prend pas le transfert par le riad.

Nous avions besoin de calme et de soleil, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce petit paradis. La situation est idéale mais faites vous conduire la première fois, le dédale de ruelle est un peu effrayant de nuit. Rassurez vous la rue est gardée. Les mesmen du petit dej sont un délice

Some improvements could be done with new bed linen, towels, bathroom accessories and a bit more choice in breakfast like fresh fruit and pastries.

We enjoyed tremendously the tranquillity and beautiful surroundings of the riad Magie de l'Orient after the bustling streets of Marrakech, and quickly felt at home there. Najib was a wonderful host, helpful but never intrusive, and Nawad a wonderful cook. The one meal we had was delicious, and another time we would book half board.

Glad we had a pre-arranged transfer to the riad from the airport organised. Wonderful welcome from the manager who provided a great map and was happy to take the time to explain the various attractions of Marrakech. We were very happy with our room (Amara) and the riad as a whole. It was very peaceful, a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the medina. The riad is in a great location for the main square and once you have navigated the alley the first time with a baggage carrier it is easy to find with Bab Ksour providing a great direction point for taxis. I had a lovely hamman and massage at the sister riad Les Jardins de Mouassine. The room and the riad were very clean but my only complaint would be that all the furniture on the terrace was very dirty from the ever present Marrakech dust. An occasional wipe-down would have been appreciated to spare marks on clothes. We would definitely return if we were going back to Marrakech.

Absolutely fantastic stay - gorgeous riad, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. Only thing is that the air conditioning didn't work in a few of the rooms.

The service that was provided was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We booked the trip to the Atlas mountains which was excellent value for money and we also hired a guide for the day. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I only minor problem was that the air conditioning unit in our room was not adequate to cope with the 47 degree heat but this would not stop us returning.

The staff at this riad were particularly helpful and very friendly, most spoke english and french.the riad was very attractive and provided an excellent breakfast ,fresh pancakes and orange juice, tea and coffee and fresh fruit. a dinner could be booked for the evening too. you could walk within 10 minutes to the famous square and the local souk was 5 mins away. i would recommend this riadd for its friendliness and comfort.

We had a great stay. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived (and were thankfully rescued by Wassim when we called lost trying to find the riad!), were offered help, suggestions, maps etc. Lovely room with lovely Moroccan interiors and a peaceful riad a good distance from the main square.

Getting an airport transfer booked through the Riad should be compulsory, not optional. The Riad should advertise how difficult it is to find. Otherwise excellent service and absolutely fabulous food. If you stay here you should eat in every night. It is the best food in Marakesh.

Fuimos muy bien atendidos en el Riad, el personnel era muy atenta y encantadora. Apesar de la llegada al Riad,que en principio asustaba un poco(callejones obscuras),su ubricación es muy buena para ir andando a todo. El Riad nos parecia muy bonito y estuvimos muy muy a gusto. La limpieza falló el día de nuestra llegada(sabanas sin cambiar en el dormitorio del patio y papeleras sin vaciar) pero creo que fue un mal entendido. En general estuvimos muy contentos con todo, lo recomendaría sin deuda.

The riad and staff were lovely but we were not particularly happy that our room (Nahema) had the toilet actually in the room with only a tiny bit of wall to separate it from the sleeping area. I think customers should be warned of this when booking. I had an upset stomach towards the end of our stay and as you can imagine this was especially unpleasant for my partner!

Our first trip to Marakech,and our first stay in a Riad. The Riad was comfortable, very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The "open plan" toilet area was a little daunting with no privacy whatseover within the bedroom. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. The only negative was that the riad was situate a good way from the main walkway. The access was a good five minute walk along unlit, uneven flagged narrow passageways and was a little un-nerving after dark and several times we stumbled in the dark and on a few occasions took a wrong turning within this maze of passageways and found ourselves lost in the dark! During the day this wasnt a problem. Overall the stay at the riad was very pleasant and we would recommend the riad to our friends but would recommend they took a torch with them when going out at night.

The Riad Magie d'Orient was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The riad itself was immaculate, the rooms stunning, the communal areas clean, welcoming, comfortable and beautiful. The staff were more welcoming than I could have believed, for the time of our stay we were made to feel an integral part of the place, this was as comfortable a home as my own. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt as if we belonged there. The staff were dedicated to ensuring that our stay was as perfect as possible. Brilliant, brillant, brilliant..........Have started saving so I can revisit as soon as possible.
